Royal Med was founded in 2004. It is the leading boutique freight forwarder in Egypt specialist in reefers, and many of the country’s well-established brands count on us to serve their markets. We offer a broad spectrum of services in freight forwarding and integrated logistics. We are primarily focused on export logistics and shipping.

We work very closely with the top global shipping lines worldwide including MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, Cosco, OOCL, Evergreen and ONE. We are top clients for these shipping lines and we pass the benefits to our customers. These lines together own and charter over three quarters of world container vessels’ capacity. We also have a strong working relationship with a host of other smaller size shipping lines.

We enjoy a largely blue-chip customer portfolio, with many domestic and foreign leaders in the fruits and vegetables industry including growers, packers and exporters, food importers and wholesalers, supermarkets and food retailers, and food and beverage manufacturers.

Perishables dominate our activities with the fresh and frozen produce having the lion's share of the food sector. The main reefer cargo we move includes fresh citrus, onions, potatoes, grapes, pomegranates, and frozen fruits and vegetables. Dry business is also significant primarily including foodstuff, petrochemicals and sanitaryware.

We are members of EIFFA, FIATA and other global networks which together have over 60,000 members worldwide.
